While our reputation in the private sector through client service and
technical competency has grown significantly over the years, it has also been
recognized informally by various levels of Government. For example, we
were informed by the Regional Commissioner's Office of the IRS for the Southwest
Region that our appellate brief regarding certain expatriate tax issues was so
convincing that not only did we prevail in our appeal, but as a result, our
analysis of the subject matter and application of the law were incorporated into
the IRS field reference material.
